Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders aren’t processed on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak times, there might be a slight delay. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll reach out via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated in USD at the time of shipping
  • Occasionally, there may be delivery delays, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Cimino’s Cabinet Doors isn’t responsible for any customs or taxes that may be applied. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Cimino’s Cabinet Doors Warranty

Our Limited Warranty: We stand by the quality of our cabinet doors! They’re covered against warping, delamination, swelling, or twisting for 3 months from delivery when handled with care.

  • What we cover: If there’s a defect, we’ll repair or replace your door, at our discretion.
  • How to claim: Just return the defective door to us for inspection.

Important Details:

  • Please handle, store, and finish your doors properly for the best results.
  • Reasonable care must be taken in the selection, fitting, and applying of appropriate hardware.
  • Do not store or install in a damp area such as a freshly plastered building or subjected to abnormal heat dryness or humidity.  
  • Make sure to paint, seal, or varnish your doors within two weeks in summer, one week in winter, or immediately in coastal areas to maintain this warranty.

Limitations:

  • Slight warping or twisting of up to 3/16″ or less is considered normal.
  • The warranty doesn’t cover doors over 24″ wide or 60″ tall or orders installed improperly.

Terms and Conditions

Packaging & Freight:

  • Standard packaging fees start at $40 for up to 15 pieces, with $0.55 for each additional piece.
  • There’s a $40 re-delivery fee if an order needs to be rescheduled.
  • Orders shipped by Common Carrier or U.P.S. will be subject to freight charges. Palletized orders are subject to a minimum $150.00 fee. 
  • Any damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier. 

Shipping & Delivery:

  • We deliver Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
  • We aim to ship your order within 5-10 business days, for custom drawings, specialty doors, and molding, please allow an extra week for approval.
  • Our team will call you 30 minutes to an hour before delivery

Placing Orders:

  • Orders may be faxed to 866-636-8105 or emailed to sales@ciminosonline.com. Orders will be accepted by phone. Any changes can be made the same day if requested by 3:00 pm.
  • Orders must be placed by 3:00 pm for next-day processing. We’ll confirm your order by phone and share an expected ship date. Please do not re-fax any order.
  • Please make sure to double-check your measurements when placing your order, as we’ll create your cabinet doors based on the sizes you provide. If there’s an error in the measurements given, any resulting changes may be charged accordingly.

Payments:

  • First-time orders require a 100% deposit.
  • All subsequent orders are credit card-based unless you have an approved credit application with us.
  • All purchases are in US currency 
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, USD, and Checks.
